The most popular volumetric card feeding system in the world, for retrofitting onto machines. Web Card Stretching Unit

As the cost of raw materials rises, the market requires light nonwoven products with less grammage. With Stirovelo, the new Texnology unit, it is possible to reach these results. By adding this unit between the carding machine and the Crosslapper, it is possible to change the width of the carded material.  The material will be then stratified from the Crosslapper in the position where scanner indicates at the end of the process. in addition to a variation in the grammage, StiroVelo changes the orientation of the fibers and guarantees a CV near 0. There are multiple advantages:

  • This unit can be adapted to every kind of new or reconditioned carding machine
  • It feeds a portion of web with variable weight at constant speed allowing the Crosslapper to provide high performances
  • There are invariable characteristics of the web before Crosslapping

Batt drafter

This machine StiroFalda comes immediately after the Crosslapper and it is made up of wired cylinders at progressive speed. This unit makes it possible to increase the line productivity of light average products. For products with heavy grammage, our machines have a by-pass system that lifts the upper frame maintaining a linear flow of the material. This system reduces the overall dimensions and guarantees a complete access to the machine during the cleaning service.

In one delivery, Texnology provides a complete machine ready for the plant. This machine uses the same brushless motors and driving gears used in the other machines. In case of complete lines, interchangeability is important to guarantee continuity in the production.

As for the Crosslappers, different levels of machines (X1-X2-X3) are available for batt drafters depending on the final web performance required.

Crosslapper

Nonwoven Cards Specifically designed for the forming of webs to produce, Thermobond, Chemical Bonded, Needle Punched and Calendared lines to make Geotextiles, Automotive, Waddings, Felts, Mattresses, Furniture, Wipes, Filtration, Carpets, Interlinings, Cotton pads, Medical Products.

New Staple Fibers, Regenerated Fibers, Natural Fibers, Micro Fibers, Glass and Carbon Fibers, Cotton and Viscose Fibers etc., can be processed.

Technoplants has designed an high efficiency thermal bonding oven. The FHR heat recovery system, allows an additional energy saving that reduce significantly oven consumption. The machine has a perfect cross air control that allows an homogeneous bonding through the width, in a wide range of fan speed. The independent air management allows to blow hot air from top to bottom, from bottom to top or from both directions, to satisfy every production need. The air through bonded oven is especially designed for light weight products (20 to 150 gsm) required in the hygiene market as Acquisition Distribution Layer. Air heating can be direct gas or with heat exchanger to fit every customer working conditions.
